I am using ODL Scandium SR1 with java se 21 and also i have set the java env variable. but while i try to install restconf and openflow plugin i get an error.

Please note that lately there have been problems with the feature:install instruction. You should try running a single instruction for all the features you need to install. Before that, delete the data directory, then run:
feature:install <feature1> <feature2> ... <featureN>
