Android Studio Ladybug Emulator stops responding on every click

After upgrading to Android Studio Ladybug (Build #AI-242.23726.103.2422.12816248, built on December 18, 2024) and adding a new Emulator I can't do anything (click, gesture,...) in Emulator.

I tried so many devices and it's not working for me. Is there any solution for this?

I'm using Macbook M1 Pro

I had the same problem. MBP M1 pro. Uncheck "Launch in the Running Devices tool window" helped enter image description here
