How to remove borders and country name in a tile-server?

For local OpenStreetMaps tile-server I need to remove country borders and country names. How can I do it? I am using the docker image overv/openstreetmap-tile-server. I know there are styles in /data/style. What exactly do I need to change? And what cache preparation procedures should be done to apply the changes?
