How much time azure communication sdk network diagnostics takes to detect network issue

I am using Azure Communication Service to create communication application similar to MS teams. To detect network issue, I am using DiagnosticQuality from @azure/communication-calling.

If network is gone then it takes around 15 sec to detect it and display the message that network has gone and if network is back then only it takes around 15 sec to detect it.

Is this the standard time that Azure Communication Service takes to detect change in network status?
