In Oracle Weblogic 14.1.2 in welogic remote console I have deployed my application but not visible in Monitoring tree Application Management

I have upgraded my application to java 17 from java 8 and upgraded weblogic to 14.1.2 that supports java 17. when i deploy my application (Services) and library it is visible weblogic remote console desktop application Edit Tree-> App Deployments and library deployment i have erased the service name in pics But In Monitoring tree -> Application management i am seeing empty tab same for library also Monitoring Tree-> Application Management Additionaly in console i am not seeing any errors and any console logs related to my Application (services). Also i am not to delete any deployments from Edit Tree-> App Deployments and library deployment while deleting i am getting this error "The 'ServiceName.ear' application does not exist in the scope ServiceName.ear."

I am Upgrading my exiting web application to java 17 from java 8
