Make birthdate required Prestashop 8.2

How to make birtdate field required during registration in prestashop 8.2? Do we need to change some code or we can set in backend?

I found only solutions for 1.7 prestashop where some controllers had to be changed and dont know if the same solution is the only for 8.2
