Docker Desktop reverted to old containers after update

I am running Docker Desktop on Windows. I have a single container which runs DynamoDB locally. Having lost and recreated my container after a previous update, I have now "lost" the container I most recently created and now only see the container I had previously lost.

I assume therefore my container is not lost but for some reason Docker Desktop (v4.38.0) has decided to look elsewhere for my containers. How do I find my containers and switch where Docker Desktop loads / runs containers?
