PyQt6 does not properly use qt5/6ct

I am currently developing an application using PyQt6, and it does not apply my qt6ct theme.

When my friend runs it on his Linux Mint machine, it works fine and uses the Fusion theme with the darker color scheme. But on my Arch Linux machine, it does not, it just uses the default light Fusion theme, despite me having set both the GTK theme and the qt5/6ct themes as dark themes or just using the darker colors.

What can I do to fix this? I am of course willing to provide any information about my machine related to the issue.
