How can I create a side panel in Spyder to easily manage and switch between TODO items in my code, to save time on priorization and on fixing them?

I have a lot of todo's on my code that i can see on "Code / Show todo list", but I would like to have them as a panel, on the side of my editor (just like the "Outline Explorer"). I need this to improve my workflow with the todo's and changing between them in an easier way.

Information over the software:

I couldn't find the todo list as a panel on the bars "View" and "Tools - Preferences" and on Spyder's plugins system. I tried to search for it on "extensions or add-ons" but I couldn't find where.
