Issues with local account ockuot on PC after too many login attempts

I made too many failed attempts to log into my local account on my PC, and now the account has been locked for a day, even though the system initially said to wait only two hours. I tried restoring the PC while keeping my files, but the issue remains. I also attempted to change the password via cmd, but with no success. how can I resolve this and unlock my account?
