Upgrade eks node group to 1.30 version created from launch template

I want to update eks node group to 1.30 version.. it is created using launch template. Have updated launch template to use 1.30 compatible amis still it is giving error 'not able to join cluster'

I tried using console and even using terraform

Any solution

I have updated launch template to use new ami. Using console i clicked on update version and update template. It is bringing node to ready state but nodes are not able to join the cluster.

How to upgrade nodegroup to 1.30 version
