How can I create a survey in AWX that will take a date and time param as input to use in a template?

I have a template that creates a ServiceNow ticket. I would like to set up a survey that I can use to pass on the start/end date (including time) for my template.

AWX does not seem to handle Date/time picker as an input.

Any suggestions on how to overcome this problem?

I have not yet found a solution
