I'm currently using the amazon finances api to retrieve order refunds, that happened in a given time period. Somehow, I can't seem to find any information at all, on the reason for the refund.
I need to know if the order was returned without a particular reason ("goodwill") or because of something else (e.g. "product damaged").
After hours of reading through the internet and amazons documentation, I only found this post from 2 years ago. Unfortunately, it doesn't show a clear solution.
What I'm searching for is some kind of endpoint, that tells me, why a given order was returned/refunded as well as some information on what kind of return reasons exist.
