Can we have versions in shared-ui in Nx/Lerna/Turborepo

I hasve shared-ui, and apps directory where I have multiple large scale angular apps. The issue is that all the apps are managed by separate teams and if I make breaking changes in shared-ui it will break all the apps which I don't manage. Is there a way that I can create versions for each release of my shared-ui components so that if there is any breaking change, no any app break until they use that version.
