Labeling satellite image patches

Question

I have downloaded satellite images (Sentinel-2 level 2a) from Google earth engine. I have divided all the images into 64 by 64 patches. Like each image is divided into 1050 patches of 64 by 64. Now I have to add labels to them as i am doing Land use and land cover classification using deep learning models. How do i add labels to each patch? I am using QGIS, I open one patch in the software and i am using google map as base map. The patch appears on the city it is from. But how do i know which land cover is this? and how do i add label to it? I have to make a csv file where i have to write that this patch belongs to this class. So i can train the model.
