The old host address in Android Studio is being pulled up

When trying to create an emulator in the Studio, I saw that the Internet was lost on it. Also when trying to import a project from Git, I get this error - "Clone failed unable to access ‘http:/....’ Failed to connect to 192.168.14.98 port ‘8888 after 21039 ms: Timed out"

When trying to create an emulator in the Studio, I saw that the Internet was lost on it. Next, I tried to change the proxy settings. It didn't help. I completely deleted and reinstalled the Android Studio. After that, when trying to import a project from Git, I get this error. After that, I downloaded and imported the project manually. And when loading the emulator, I get this error - "The emulator process for AVD Pixel_4_API_33 has terminated". I also see the error "Device [emulator-5554] is offline (device state is DISCONNECTED)" in the studio logs.

I also reset the cache in the studio.
