Nesting of materials

Question

i have an excel file i want to split data profile wise do automatic bin packing nesting for each profile and present results profile wise with 12010mm is standard length. It considers:

A one-time front cut allowance of 10mm per bin. 3mm gaps between each part in a bin. A strict bin length limit of 12010mm.

i did nesting manually and getting better result but while applying through VBA alwayz getting higher bin numbers
