Deployment pipeline do not have native support to Blob and Data bricks

Issue: "Power BI Deployment rules is disabled":

Deployment pipeline do not have native support to Blob and Data bricks, that why it was disabled.

Solution: Create new Parameter Blob and data bricks, instead of adding data source rules add parameter rules.
