Question

I am trying to update my existing Eclipse IDE to the latest version (12.2024). However, I encountered the following error during the update process:

Unable to read repository at jar:file:/C:/Users/Windows%2010/Downloads/WindowBuilder-Updates-1.15.0.zip!/content.xml.xz.

What I Have Tried:

• I ensured that the WindowBuilder-Updates-1.15.0.zip file is properly downloaded.
• I attempted to add the ZIP file as a local repository in Eclipse but encountered the same issue.
• I checked if the file path contains spaces (e.g., Windows 10 in C:\Users\Windows 10\Downloads...), which might cause issues, but I am unsure if that is the root cause.
