android ethernet is missing

My phone dos not have ethernet by default(eth0 in ifconfig). But how I know it possible to add on rooted phone by android terminal command. Is it posible?

I expect to use it with usb ethernet dungle. Becouse I have server on phone and don't want to use it with Wi-Fi.
