Title: Prevent Dragging Subtree Rows Outside Their Parent in Tabulator Issue Description: I am using Tabulator with a subtree structure, and I want to restrict subtree rows from being dragged outside their parent row. Additionally, in some cases, I want to disable drag-and-drop for specific subtree rows entirely.

Is there a built-in way to achieve this, or am I missing something in the documentation? I want all the actions in the same table.
