Using a Shortcut with Custom URL Scheme via Siri in Apple CarPlay

I've managed to create a Shortcut on my iPhone using the Shortcuts app that automatically generates links like

“demus://?url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=[VIDEO_ID]”.

( example: demus://?url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qz88Dx-_IA4 )

Then the shortcut open this link with Safari, and it automatically play the track on Demus ( an app to stream music from youtube that is compatibile with Apple CarPlay interface) and this shortcut works very well.

However, I have an issue: when I'm in the car using Apple CarPlay (or even generally when my phone is locked), the Shortcut doesn't work.

Do you know if there's a way to make it function in those situations?

I tested my own shortcut on my iPhone, and it works perfectly. However, I expected it to also function in CarPlay, which unfortunately is not the case
