My parquet column isn't automatically splitting out and is all in 1 column

Question

I am trying the copy function in ADF and pulling in a Parquet file from an S3 Bucket.

When I try to map the columns out it shows they are all grouped together in one column as so: (Screen shot attached, not sure if its here)

Why is this happening and how can I slpit this by the delimiter ~ or "~"?

FYI - I dont have access to the files in the Bucket so I can only auto gen the schema at the moment I am unable to import a mock file.

Google, Chatgpt, re adding the data source as different Amazon bucket types, re created the cop function.
