How to increase Eclipse Menu Font in Ubuntu

For my Ubuntu desktop, I switched to a monitor with 1920p resolution. The Eclipse font looks very small in high resolution. I am able to increase the font size for Java Editor, Package Explorer and dialog via Appearance -> Font and Colors option. However, I am not able increase the size for fonts in menu bar and drop down item as there is option for that in Preferences. I tried to set the font-size in css file under plugins/org.eclipse.ui/css folder, but it doesn't change the menu fonts.

Can anyone suggest a workaround.

After some efforts, I am able to increase the menu font using gnome-tweak-tool. Setting the Scaling Factor to 1.20 increases the font size across the desktop.
