azure cache for Redis timeouts - slowlog only return "managementcommand"

Question

RedisCache timeout issue happening frequently in the asp net web app. When i run slowlog get on console I get 2 response like below

   6. "" Am I analysing it correctly that only internal command "managementcommand" is taking too much time. Some factors : we have seen failure when client is being served from our web app hosted in south east asia, we have only 1 instance of redis in west US. Synctimeout is 1000

I have increased the timeout.
