IP over Bluetooth Between Samsung Phone and Samsung Watch

We have an application running on a Samsung Galaxy S23 TE phone and an application running on a Samsung Galaxy Watch7.

The applications communicate via IP over Wi-Fi.

Is there a way to use Bluetooth to communicate between these two application via IP (TCP or UDP)?

For example via Bluetooth Personal Area Network (PAN)?
