I want to setup MFA on one Sharepoint Collection site part of my tenant. I have multiple Sharepoint sites on my tenant

I have registered my Sharepoint site as an Enterprise App. I then have added a condition via my Conditional Access Policy to enable MFA. Not sure this is the right way, however MFA does not appear when I try to access the site it just let's me straight in.
