Sharepoint Online how to create list with Hypertext column from the Excel (in bulk), is this possible?

Do you know if I can create SharePoint list from excel and to have one column as true hypertext? So far I don't see this option working with external sources, the only way to create Hypertext column after to the existing list. Going thru this way you need to fill 2 columns for URL and display text. I tried to use <a href=.... >..</a> construction but SPO doesn't take it. Picture shows what it requires. enter image description here Maybe even with latter option you can somehow configure values for this column to be populated from other columns? with Json option?

Really hard to understand how MS didn't do this yet.
