Is WINFORMS dead on ARM systems?

Question

I'm trying to learn c# and Winforms on Visual Studio 2022. My machine is a Mac14Pro and my virtual machine is Parallels. Since the last VS's update my designs disappeared.

Now I cannot create and work directly on new forms. Am I crazy or was it "The End" for any non-rooted Windows Users?
