Kivy app installs and works well on android 11 but unable to install on android 14

Question

I have a kivy application that works installs and works well on android 11 but i am unable to install it on android 14.i have tried disabling play protect and cleared cache of package installer. I keep getting "package installer keeps stopping". I will really appreciate if someone helps me on this
