Is anyone having Azure Bastion RDP issues?

Wondering if anyone has been experiencing issues with Azure Bastion recently? We've been building some new Windows 10 EVD hosts on 22H2 - they boot up fine and we can connect to the fine for a period of time (time varies, latest one was around 12 hours) then we'll start getting the Bastion black screen saying the network isn't stable. enter image description here

I've checked to make sure there's no NSG rules being applied that could be denying traffic on the VMs VNet and the Bastion VNet.

I'm able to serial console into the VM fine, the IP configuration is correct and hasn't be amended. I've checked the boot diagnostics and the VM is on the Windows login screen and the network icon is showing as connected. enter image description here

I've ran a Connection Troubleshoot and the response I'm getting back is that RDP is enabled and tests are working enter image description here

I've tried RDPing and pinging from a VM on the same VNet and get the below enter image description here

The Azure Firewall is allowing traffic, there's no rules denying traffic between the VMs.

Other VMs appear to be working fine on the same VNet, the only difference in this case is this VM is brand new.

Last time we had issues like this was caused by a Windows Update as per the following article: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/azurevirtualdesktopforum/azure-virtual-desktop---black-screens-on-logins---what-weve-tried-so-far/4250228?after=MjUuMXwyLjF8aXwxMHwxMzI6MHxpbnQsNDM4NjgzOCw0MjcyMDMw
