Dax Measure for Price Forecasting using iterative calculation

I am trying to calculate the price of a material. I have the monthly forecasted price in a price column and the accompanying dates for each price. The base price at the beginning of the dataset is hardcoded.

I need the DAX to calculate the quarterly change and add it to the previous price. Right now I can only get the measure to calculate the change and add it to the base price at the first quarter and not add to the following calculated price. I am running into self referencing issues. Here is the logic in an excel spreadsheet for example that I need to work into my PowerBI application.

1.26 is the base price the rest is supposed to be calculated based on the previous quarter price change
