I recently purchased an Acer Nitro 5 laptop, and I'm having trouble with the NitroSense application. When I try to open NitroSense, it doesn't launch at all. I've tried a few basic troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Restarted the laptop multiple times. Checked for Windows updates and installed any pending updates. Ensured that my graphics drivers are up to date. Disabled any antivirus software temporarily to see if it was blocking the application.
