Programmatically Injecting Chatbot Responses into Google Meet In-Meeting Chat

I've developed a conversational chatbot designed to answer business questions. I'd like to integrate this chatbot with the Google Meet in-meeting chat to enhance user engagement and acquisition.

I've explored the Google Meet REST API and the Google Meet Add-ons SDK, but I haven't found any documented methods for programmatically injecting chatbot responses directly into the real-time chat window during a meeting.

Specifically, I'm looking for:

• Confirmation of whether it's currently possible to programmatically send messages into the Google Meet in-meeting chat using any officially supported APIs or SDKs.
• If direct injection is not possible, are there any alternative methods for achieving a similar outcome, such as:
• Utilizing Google Meet Add-ons to display chatbot responses in a side panel.
• Leveraging external services or middleware to bridge the gap (if feasible).
• Any potential future API updates or features that might enable this functionality. I'm using Microsoft Copilot Studio for building chatbot and python for custom integration with other channels.
