Is there any way to replace the names of many villas with different names from another folder?

For example :
i have Folder 1 Have 50x Files
and Have Folder 2 have 50x Files too but with Different names
i want to replace just names from Folder 1 to Folder 2
To be the result 2x Folders Same names Folder 2
