Mediamtx not working when trying while enabling firewall

I am trying to use gstreamer in one system and mediamtx in another system. Both the systems have firewall enable I am not able to publish the stream to mediamtx and also not able to read through mediamtx. Any idea what should I do. Any port I have to enable for mediamtx to communicate. If yes then why
