I recently created a Google Play Console account, completed the verification process, and successfully verified my identity and address.
After that, I applied for a Google AdMob account. However, just six hours later, I received an email stating that my AdMob account cannot be approved—but no specific reason was provided.
At this point, I haven't published any apps on my Play Console account yet. Could this be the reason my AdMob account was not approved? I asked ChatGPT AI, and it suggested that the issue might be due to the fact that I don't have any published apps or linked apps in AdMob. But I am not sure if this is the exact reason.
I want to follow Google AdMob policies and work within Google's framework, but I am unable to fix this issue because I don’t know what mistake I made. Until I understand the real reason, I cannot take any action to solve it.
👉 Can any expert confirm if the lack of a published app is the real issue? 👉 Or is there another reason for my AdMob account not being approved?
Please do not provide general policy links—I have already read them but could not find a solution. I just need a clear explanation of why this happened so I can fix it. I have also attached a screenshot for reference. enter image description here enter image description here
