Tool Calling Agent

In tool calling function with an agent, How do I make the agent to just call the tool and whatever output is returned from the tool, Give it as the output.

In my case I had to function tools, and an initialize_agent Agent, but the thing is if I execute the tool separately I am getting accurate results, but when integrating an agent for that it is not able to provide required output, can anyone help me with this
