Is there any service for retrieving link preview data (OG metadata) in a safe way?

There are plenty third party packages out there to scrape site's OG metadata to build any link preview functionality on your application (or you can even build your own scrapping solution).

The problem comes with real world (not just tutorial) applications where your users are free to input any links (URLs) on your online tool and you need to make sure they are safe so that you comply with regulations and prevent any misuse or security issue.

Is there any third party API/service that:

• Makes sure URLs are safe and not phising or any other security concern site
• Makes sure the URL doesn't belong to any ilegal content site
• Handles all the OG metadata retrieval and overhead swifting the responsibility from your application to their service.
• Includes content moderation for the retrieved metadata (for example, does not return any OG images or OG favicons if they contain ilegal or malicious content).

Basically a black box that you might pay for that takes all the responsibility and hard work of making sure that user's inputted URLs are safe and do not redirect or belong to anywhere ilegal and that is easy to integrate with your back-end.
