How can I set up a WooCommerce-based online food ordering system with delivery zones?

I am working on setting up an online food ordering system for a restaurant using WooCommerce. The goal is to allow customers to select their food, customize their orders (e.g., extra toppings, portion sizes), and choose delivery options based on their location.

I’ve considered using third-party services like Uber Eats, but they charge high commission fees, so I want to keep everything in-house.

What I Need: A way to allow customers to customize their orders with toppings/extras. A delivery zone system that restricts ordering outside certain areas. A checkout process optimized for food delivery (e.g., estimated delivery time, tipping option). Optional features like automatic printing of orders or SMS notifications. Or are there other WooCommerce plugins that could achieve this without needing tons of custom code?
