My telegram bot does not respond to commands

My telegram bot does not respond to commands. As soon as I start the telegram bot it responds to the commands I entered before turning it on and then it just stops seeing the commands I send. Moreover, I can't even turn it off via Cntrl+C.Earlier the bot worked properly for several days, I did not change anything the only thing that changed was the database (became larger).
