An element that looks like a BottomSheet in jetpack compose

Question

I want to create a screen that behaves similar to BottomSheet. When folded, the screen should still be slightly visible; when unfolded, the screen opens halfway. If you start scrolling through the screen, it should expand to full screen, and the topBar should turn white.
