GitHub password reset captcha verification is not working

I'm trying to reset my password in GitHub, however the verification keeps returning the below.

I've tried in several different browsers and clearing cache, however it is still not working. There are some similar GitHub issues open but their issue seems slightly different, and no solutions listed there.
