Using a former computer’s boot drive, where can I locate the “My Documents” and Downloads folders?

I bought a new computer after the old one died. Where can I find “My Documents” and “Downloads” in my old boot drive? Both machines are Windows 11.

The old drive is now “D-drive” in my new computer. It is a 250gb m.2 nvme drive. The only users I can find are: “Admin”, “Default” and “Public.” This machine was set up by a friend. I do not know how he setup Windows 11 on the fourth gen Intel (4770) computer. The primary files I need are Excel, Access, Word and PDF file types. Is there a way to search for those on the drive?

My ideal response would be a file path, such as “D:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries”

Only the actual correct path. Thank you.
