Why is the Plug and Play service missing in Windows 11 ARM64 but present in x64?

I recently installed a fresh copy of Windows 11 ARM64, and I noticed that the Plug and Play (PlugPlay) service is missing when I check the Services Manager (`services.msc). However, in Windows 11 x64, the Plug and Play service is clearly listed.

Here’s what I have checked so far:

• Running sc query PlugPlay results in:

OpenService FAILED 1060: The specified service does not exist as an installed service. Searching for related services in services.msc, but I only found Device Install Service (DInstSvc).

• Checking tasklist /svc | findstr svchost, but no clear indication of Plug and Play.
• Looking for registry entries under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PlugPlay, but it doesn't exist.
• Despite this, PnP functionality (USB, Bluetooth, network devices, etc.) still works normally.

Questions:

• Has Microsoft removed or renamed the Plug and Play service in Windows 11 ARM64?
• If so, which service is now handling Plug and Play functionality?
• Is there an official Microsoft document or changelog explaining this difference?
