I'm using Power Automate to send approval requests. However, whenever an approval is created, an automatic email notification is sent via Outlook. I want to prevent this and only send the approval request via Microsoft Teams.
Is there a way to achieve this? Should I replace the approval action with another method, or is there a setting I'm missing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I've checked the "Start and wait for an approval" action, but I don't see any option to disable email notifications. I only want the approval to be handled within Teams without any additional Outlook emails.
