Puppeteer - I can´t simulate a click in a dynamic page

I´m from Brazil, and i´m in charge to fix a robot that need open the page http://www.cdw.fazenda.pr.gov.br/cdw/emissao/certidaoAutomatica, in fiel CNPJ you can type with 89410919000167, for example, when you click the system going to find a certify that i need download. In the last page the system generate a message "O documento foi gerado com sucesso. Caso não consiga visualizar, CLIQUE AQUI.", and the "CLIQUE AQUI" is a link(tag a) inside a form#pdf. The fact is puppeteer does no recognize, and not found the element form#pdf and i can´t simulate the click, i try in many ways, but i hav no success yet. If you had a similar situation and could share the solution, I appreciate it! Thanks a lot!
