Xcode 11 and earlier when run the Xcode project at iPhone has denied the Launch request.Internal

The Problem happen with me me when I try to run my project at iPhone , this message error display iPhone has denied the launch request.Internal launch error: process launch failed: The operation couldn’t be completed. Unable to launch 'com.example.projectName' because it has an invalid code signature, inadequate entitlements or its profile has not been explicitly trusted by the user.

Solution: go into Settings -> General -> Device Management -> {My Apple ID} -> Trust
