TensorFlow Error: ImportError: DLL load failed with error code 3221225501 while importing _pywrap_ tensorflow_internal in Python3.8

How i can solve this error while import TensorFlow in:

  1. Python 3.8.4.
  2. Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
  3. 2GB Ram.
  4. Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N2840 @ 2.16GHz.
  5. Intel(R) HD Graphics.

I had a similar problem, my solution was to install tensorflow throught Anaconda virtual env.

Install Anaconda from their official website and create virtual enviroment and open the Anaconda Prompt then...

conda create -n name_of_the_env
conda activate name_of_the_env
conda install tensorflow
