Unable to run databricks workflow from github

I tried creating a workflow in databricks where I want to read code/python script from github:

Task creation

Getting below error when I try to run the workflow:

Databricks is integrated with git already and is working fine. I also tried running wget from notebook to ensure I am able to access repo and download file, worked fine.
